At Urban Steps, we’re excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders to give you the best shopping experience possible!

Order Processing Times:

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. This means your order will be handed over to our shipping carrier and on its way to you! During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days, so we appreciate your patience.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • USA: 7-15 days

  • International (🌍): 15-20 days

Please Note: Shipping carriers may face delays during peak times or holidays, which could affect delivery and tracking updates. If your order is being shipped internationally, there could be additional customs delays, which may extend the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

It’s important to double-check your shipping details during checkout! If your shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, it could cause delays or even result in order cancellation.

  • If our system detects any issues with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm the details. If we don’t hear back from you, we may need to cancel your order.

  • If you spot an error in your shipping address, email us at Support@urbanstepslive.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we can’t guarantee modifications after this window.

Delayed Delivery:

We understand that getting your order on time is important, and we aim to ship out all orders promptly. However, sometimes delays can happen due to factors outside our control, like:

  • Courier delays (e.g., weather or transport issues)

  • Unexpected order processing delays (e.g., product availability or payment processing)

We’ll keep you updated on any issues that could delay your order. However, Urban Steps cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We know how frustrating it can be if your package goes missing. However, once we hand over your order to the courier, we no longer have control over the delivery process.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact us at Support@urbanstepslive.com, and we’ll assist you as best we can.

  2. We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim.

  3. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf for any updates.

Please Note: Urban Steps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. These issues are outside our refund policy, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve them. If the package is not found, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. If the package remains missing, we suggest filing a police report.
